Jamabandi – Haryana state’s online land record portal.
In its effort to ensure transparency Haryana Land Records and Consolidation Department has digitized the process of issuing ‘nakal’ (copy) of record of rights. Citizen can get computerized ‘nakal’ from software of Haryana Land Record Information System (HALRIS).
HALRIS is designed and developed by National Informatics Centre, Haryana State Centre, Chandigarh.
Now in the state ‘jamabandi’ of all villages has already been digitized, all mutations entered after the digitized ‘jamabandi’ would be entered in the HALRIS software to make land records hundred per cent online.
How to generate Jamabandi Nakal online?
- To generate copy of Jamabandi Nakal, first of all goto Haryan Land Record’s official website jamabandi.nic.in
- Move your mouse to Jamabandi Nakal link, there are four options available here
- By Owner Name
- Select District Name from drop-down.
- Select Tehsil / Sub Tehsil Name for your selected district.
- Select Village from dropdown and click ‘Submit’ button.
- Select the Jamabandi year.
- Now Select owner type from Owner List, it will generate owner name list.
- Click on owner name then click on ‘Nakal’ link to generate Haryana Land Record.
- By Khewat Number
- Select District Name from dropdown.
- Select Tehsil / Sub Tehsil Name for your selected district.
- Select Village from dropdown and click ‘Submit’ button.
- Now select Khewat Number and click on ‘Nakal’ button to generate Haryana Land Record.
- By Khasra Number
- Select District Name from drop-down.
- Select Tehsil / Sub Tehsil Name for your selected district.
- Select Village from drop-down and click ‘Submit’ button.
- Now select Khasra Number then click on ‘Nakal’ link to generate Haryana Land Record.
- Nakal From Digitally Signed Database
- This option needs registration to generate report.

28 Sep 2015: Jind becomes first district to link land record with aadhaar cards. The Jind district administration has successfully completed the pilot project of linking land record with the aadhaar card to check corruption in the revenue department.

I Amarnath, Residence of Delhi. I purchased a plot in DHATIR VILLAGE, DIST. PALWAL, HARYANA. My plot registry have been done by MINI SECRETARIAT, PALWAL COURT, HARYANA through HARIS, REVENUE DEPARTMENT OF HARYANA. I have received my registry copy. Actually, I was checking my details like khata no, khewat no. etc. on the HALRIS, JAMABANDI site on the internet but there is village mentioned above (i.e. DHATIR, PALWAL) is missing. So, I unable to find the other details regarding my plot registry. I think the site HALRIS, JAMABANDI is not updated is showing only 2006-07 around years data only.
Therefore, It is requested to you kindly tell me what I do, I was going to send the mail to REVENUE DEPT. of HARYANA but I found your site.
